Originally from North Carolina, Nautica’s interest in real estate began at an early age. Growing up around family involved in construction and contracting, she developed a natural curiosity for how homes are built and the role they play in people’s lives. That early exposure laid the groundwork for her decision to pursue a career in real estate.

Nautica made her way to the Grand Strand to attend Coastal Carolina University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Communications. During her time in the area, she quickly fell in love with the vibrant lifestyle, beautiful beaches, and welcoming community that make Myrtle Beach such a special place to live and work.

Before entering real estate, Nautica spent several years in the hospitality industry as a bartender. This experience helped shape her client-focused approach, enabling her to develop strong communication skills and build genuine, lasting relationships. Today, she brings that same level of care and attention to every client she works with.
