Meet Our Realtor Charlie Silverio

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living is proud to welcome Charlie Silverio to the team. With a strong work ethic, disciplined background, and a results-driven mindset, Charlie brings a unique perspective to the Grand Strand real estate market.

Originally from Nazareth, Pennsylvania, Charlie spent eight years as a correctional officer before moving to Myrtle Beach. His time in that role helped shape his dedication, resilience, and commitment to hard work—qualities that now carry over into his real estate career.

Charlie has been a real estate agent for just under a year and was initially drawn to the industry by the professionalism it offers. Since entering the field, he has embraced the fast-paced, client-focused environment and is motivated to continue growing and succeeding.

Like many who relocate to the area, Charlie was first attracted to Myrtle Beach for its beautiful coastline. What made him stay, however, was the welcoming and friendly community that defines the Grand Strand.

Charlie chose Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living after being referred by a close friend he trusts, and he quickly recognized the value of being part of a respected and well-established company within the local market.

What sets Charlie apart is his strong work ethic and determination to succeed. As a bilingual agent, he is also passionate about helping Spanish-speaking clients achieve their dream of homeownership, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout the entire process.

While Charlie enjoys many aspects of real estate, he appreciates the professionalism the career allows him to bring to his daily work. He is motivated to achieve results for both himself and his clients and is focused on building a successful future in the industry.

Charlie is excited to grow his career with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Elliott Coastal Living and looks forward to helping clients find the perfect property along the Grand Strand. You can contact him here.
